Will OSU continue to require face coverings for employees and students who have been vaccinated?

OSU’s Face Covering in Public and Common Settings Policy will stay in effect until state and federal guidance or requirements call for otherwise. The wearing of face coverings remains very important as it is not known at this time if the COVID-19 vaccine prevents transmission, OSU is not currently requiring the vaccine and state/federal guidance or requirements require face coverings in many situations. Importantly, continuing to wear a face covering helps to protect the entire OSU community. OSU will continue following CDC and OHA recommended guidance and all state or federal mandates regarding face covering usage.
