If I believe most or all the people entering a public indoor space are vaccinated, is it OK to go without a face covering?

No. The face covering requirement applies in indoor spaces as defined in the COVID-19 Safety & Success policy, regardless of vaccination status. Health authorities have advised us that recent studies show that it is possible for someone who has been vaccinated to become infected and spread the virus, although vaccinated people are less likely to become severely ill with COVID-19 or require hospitalization.
