The OSU Service Desk offers technical support for devices, software and applications, email, Wi-Fi and network access, OSU accounts and more. Contact the Service Desk by phone at 541-737-8787 or through an online help request. The Service Desk also maintains an extensive knowledge base of articles to answer the most common student questions.
Wherever you live and study, you’ll need internet access to participate in remote courses, retrieve online materials and complete assignments. On campus, you can connect to OSU’s wireless network in all residence halls and most other buildings. Experiencing issues? Troubleshoot your internet or ask the Service Desk for help.
Wi-Fi coverage was recently added to the 26th Street Parking Garage and the parking lot north of McNary Hall to support “drive-in” internet access for Corvallis students living off campus.
If affording technology is an issue for you, contact the Human Services Resource Center (HSRC). The HSRC offers laptop loans along with textbook access and food assistance. The HSRC can also help with navigating other university and community resources.
