New2OSU is focused on impacting student success by accelerating the effectiveness of newer faculty. Completion of the program may be used as evidence of professional development, teaching effectiveness for performance review (subject to supervisor approval), and for those seeking teaching renewal. Successful completion earns a University Teaching Certificate of Recognition (non-credit).

  • Open to Ecampus faculty, QM's flagship workshop on the QM rubric provides an overview of the research-based QM rubric to support the design and development of effective courses.  No pre-requisites, but faculty should have taught online or be developing an online course with Ecampus.
